Condolences to Debbie Sreter on the loss of her mother. Debbie is sitting shiva in her home, 132 Derech Hachoresh until Tuesday morning. She will be receiving people from 9am-2pm, and 4pm-9pm; on Motzaei Shabbat from 9-11pm. The only minyan will be Thursday morning at 7:30am.

Over 20 families ate dozens of bagels in celebrating 71 years of independence after a rousing davening, with Rav Noam leading musical Hallel, on Yom Haatzmaut. The Katzin family dominated the chess tournament, after Gavriel Bollag refused to be beaten while playing 8 simultaneous games.
מספר משפחות נהנו מסיור בתל-שמש, למדו על העבר המרתק והבלתי ידוע של בית שמש מימי חזקיהו ובנו מנשה לפני 2700 שנה. תודה לחיים פרידמן, מדריך הטיול, ולטובה אוסובסקי על סידור הטיול .

Several families enjoyed a tour of Tel Beit Shemesh, learning about the fascinating and unknown past of Beit Shemesh from the days of Chizkiyahu and his son Menashe 2700 years ago.Thanks to Chaim Friedman, the tour guide, and to Tova Osofsky for arranging the outing.

Pirkei Avot series is back! This Shabbat afternoon at 5:45 pm, we will continue learning chapter 4. All are welcome!
בשבת בשעה 8 יתחיל בוקר פעילות מלא לילדי הקהילה, כולל לימוד תורה עם שוקו, תפילה בבית הכנסת, זמן חופשי עם בייביסיטר בגן המשחקים, וקבוצות ילדים.
We have a full Shabbat morning kids program, from 8am, with cocoa club learning, Tefilla in shul, park time with babysitters, and groups.
