חברי בית הכנסת נהנו משיעור וארוחת בוקר עם הרב קנאי בבוקר יום הבחירות. תודה לסקוט שפס ודוד קורמן שהכינו את ארוחת הבוקר.
Shul members enjoyed an election day shiur and breakfast with Rav Kannai. Many thanks to Scott Shepps and David Corman for setting up the bagel breakfast.
בשבת בשעה 8:00 חוזר בוקר פעילות מלא לילדי הקהילה, כולל לימוד תורה עם שוקו, תפילה בבית הכנסת, זמן חופשי עם בייביסיטר בגן המשחקים, וקבוצות ילדים.
We once again have a full Shabbat morning kids program, from 8am, with cocoa club learning, Tefilla in shul, park time with babysitters, and groups.

השבת, הרב קנאי לא יהיה בשכונה. דבר התורה בליל שבת יועבר ע”י גבריאל הנדלר, ודוד לואיס יעביר דבר התורה בשבת בבוקר.
השיעור בשבת בצהריים יועבר בשעה 16:55 ע”י שלמה סימקין שימשיך בפרק ה’ בפרקי אבות.
במוצ”ש ב-00:10, דיין הרב יאיר בן מנחם יעביר שיחה לפני סליחות.
Rav Kannai is not in the neighbourhood this Shabbat. Friday night’s Dvar Torah will be given by Professor Gavriel Handler, and David Lewis will give the Dvar Torah on Shabbat morning.
The Shabbat afternoon shiur will be given at 4:55 by Shlomo Simkin, who will continue with Pirkei Avot, chapter 5.
Motzei shabbat at 12:10am, Dayan Rabbi Yair Ben Menachem will give a sicha before slichot.

This Motzei Shabbat, 21 September at 8:45pm before slichot, Aharon Cassel will be delivering a lecture on his new book העולם המופלא של נוסח התורה in Beit Knesset Yaar Ramot, 16 Even Shmuel. There will be the opportunity to buy a copy of the book at this meeting. All are invited.
