Aura Mezei has been released from hospital. Her family send the following message to the community:
“BH we were blessed to take Aura home from the hospital earlier this week. She is, thank Gd, doing well. Thank you for all of your tefillot, support, and best wishes.”
To celebrate Aura’s return home, Erica and Pinchas Mezei invite the community to kiddusha rabba following the 9:00 minyan.

Farewell to Rafael Salber, Danielle Salber, and their children who recently left our community. The Salbers were part of our community for over 5 years, and served on the kiddush committee. We wish them ‘yishuv tov’ on their new beginning in Modi’in.

The community also wishes farewell to Uriel and Leah Sturm. We would like to thank the Sturms for their contribution to our shul: Uriel sat on the vaad until recently, and Leah has been on the mishloach manot committee, and supplied us with babysitters for the yamim noraim. We wish them luck in their new community.

The shul needs up-to-date information about your family and household. Without your details, the men of your household cannot be called up for aliyot effectively, and your mi shebeyrachs may lack vital family members. We must also keep track of yahrtzeits in order to offer members a kibud on relevant dates.

Accordingly, participants in the second minyan must adopt the habit of reciting Kri’at Sh’ma prior to leaving home. This Shabbat, sof zman k’riat sh’ma is 9:22.
