בית הכנסת מחפש אנשים שימלאו תפקידים שונים באופן קבוע, לשמור על הבניין הפיזי של בית הכנסת. נשמח שהתפקידים האלה ימולאו על ידי מתנדב אחד או יותר, ובמקרה שלא, נצטרך למצוא מימון כדי להעסיק מישהו שיעשה את כל העבודה הזו בתשלום. אמנם יש לנו מתנדבים שיעשו חלק מהדברים האלה מדי פעם, אך לאחרונה היו מקרים שבהם חלק מהתפקידים האלה לא בוצעו.
אנא צור קשר עם רוברט שרטר אם אתה מוכן להתנדב לאחת מהמשרות שלהלן, או אם תהיה מוכן לתרום סכום חודשי קבוע לתשלום עבור העסקת בן-אדם כדי לפקח על כל הפעולות הבאות:
1. פתיחת וסגירת בית הכנסת, שרותים, בית המדרש, הפרגולה, המחסנים וארון הקודש;
2. סגירת חלונות, נעילת דלתות וכיבוי אורות ומזגן;
3. החזרת כל כסאות הפלסטיק למקומם;
4. שמירה על שירותים נקיים ומצוידת בנייר וסבון;
5. חלוקת קופות צדקה בזמן התפילה והחזרתם לכספת הנעולה;
6. לתאם עם חשמלאיים, אינסטלטורים, קייטרינג לקידוש, שוכרי הפרגולה וכו ‘.
7. סיוע למנינים של גן והשיבנו בסידור מקומותיהם;
8. עזרה בארגון הקידוש והניקיון אחריו
The shul is looking for people to fill various roles on an ongoing basis, overseeing the physical plant of the shul. We would be happy for these roles to be filled by one or more volunteers, failing which we would need to find funding to hire someone to do this work for pay. While we have volunteers who will do some of these things on an occasional basis, there have been incidents recently where some of these things were not done.
Please be in touch with Robert Sreter if you are willing to volunteer for any of the jobs below, or if you would be willing to donate a regular monthly sum to pay towards the hire of an individual to oversee all of the following:
1. Opening and closing the shul, bathrooms, Bet Midrash, pergola, sheds and Aron Kodesh;
2. Ensuring windows are closed, doors are locked, and lights and AC switched off;
3. Putting away all the plastic chairs;
4. Ensuring bathrooms are clean, and stocked with paper and soap;
5. Ensuring that tzedaka boxes go around and are returned to the locked safe;
6. Coordinating electrician, plumber, kiddush caterer, pergola renters, etc.
7. Helping Gan and Hashiveinu minyanim set up and clean up;
8. Helping in kiddush organization and clean up

The Rabbi’s Shabbat afternoon shiur will take place before mincha k’tana. This week, the shiur will be at 4:50pm. We will continue to learn the book of Nehemia – remember to bring your book.
