קרן החסד מסייעת למשפחות בקניית מזון על ידי חלוקת שוברי מזון לקראת כל חג ובמהלך הקיץ. אנו עוזרים למשפחות לקנות תרופות כשהן צריכות לבחור בין קניית מזון לקניית תרופות. אנו משלמים חשבונות חשמל כאשר החשמל עומד להינתק. אנו עוזרים בתשלום שכר דירה כדי שמשפחה עם ילדים קטנים לא תפונה מדירתה. קנינו תנורי חימום ושמיכות, עזרנו בהכנסת כלה ואפילו שילמנו עבור טיפולי שיניים, וקנינו מקררים ותנורים כשאלו התקלקלו ולמשפחה לא היה כסף להחליפם.
אנא פתחו את לבכם וארנקכם למשפחות אלו – אולי הם אפילו שכנים או חברים שלכם.
השתתפותכם גם מבטיחה שאתם מקיימים את מצוות מתנות לאביונים, מפני שחלק גדול מהכספים מחולקים ביום פורים עצמו למטרה זה.
היעד שלנו הוא לגייס 150,000 שקלים לפני פורים. אנו מציעים תרומה של 500 ש”ח, אם כי כל סכום – קטן או גדול – יתקבל בברכה.

Annual Keren Chessed Purim Fundraiser and Matanot Le’evyonim
For over 30 years the Keren Chessed of Bet Knesset Mitzpe Ramot has been supporting some 100 needy families in our Ramot Bet community on a regular basis, with zero overhead and operating costs.
The Keren Chessed helps families put food on the table by providing them with food vouchers before each chag and during the summer. It helps families buy medication when they have to choose between buying food or buying medicines. It pays electric bills when a family is about to have their electricity cut off. It helps pay rent so that a family with small children won’t be evicted from their flat. It has bought heaters and blankets, provided hachnasat kallah and have even helped with dental bills and bought refrigerators when they broke down and the family had no money to replace it.
Please open your hearts and wallets to these families – they might even be your neighbors or friends.
Your participation also ensures that you are fulfilling the mitzva of מתנות לאביונים, as a large part of the proceeds is distributed on Purim itself.
The goal of the campaign is to raise NIS 150,000 before Purim. We are suggesting a donation of NIS 500, though any amount – smaller or larger – is welcome.
