The annual Keren Chessed and Matanot laevyonim Purim appeal is live!
This is the Keren chessed’s annual fundraiser. Over 1.2 million shekels have been distributed over the past 3 years to the needy families of Ramot Bet and this year we hope to raise 300,000 NIS before Purim.
A large portions of the funds raised are distributed on Shushan Purim morning, so your participation ensures you are fulfilling the mitzva of matanot laevyonim.
We are suggesting a minimum donation of 700NIS, but any amount – larger or smaller – is welcome.

Daphna Kannai’s Women’s shiur has restarted on Sunday evenings at 8:15pm in her house, Even Shmuel 43/1.
This year, the topic is Sfat Emet on the Parsha.

“It is a positive Torah commandment to cry out and to sound trumpets in the event of any ‘Tzarah’ that arises which affects the community” (Rambam, Hilchot Taaniyot) “Tzibur, whenever they do Teshuva and cry out wholeheartedly, they are answered immediately ” (Rambam, Hilchot Teshuva).
It seems we are reaching a new stage of more intensive battles in Gaza, and not all our hostages have been returned home to us.
Our nightly community Tehillim is happening in Ramatayim following their 8:00 maariv (around 8:10).
