Mazal Tov to Becca and Simcha Davidman on the birth of a baby boy. Mazal tov to the new grandparents. There will be a shalom zachar at the Davidman home on Friday evening at 8:30, 15/1 Aliyat Hanoar, which is located on the top floor of the building.

“קרן החסד” היתה אחד הפרוייקטים הראשונים שהקים בית הכנסת, על סמך העיקרון של “עניי עירך קודמים” וזכתה לתמיכה רחבה ולמקור גאווה עבורינו.  עד כה, בימים נוראים אלה, רק כ- 10% מחברי בית הכנסת תרמו למצווה חשובה זו.  חברים בבית הכנסת, אולי אפילו אלו שיושבים לידך, וגם אנשים בשכונה, זקוקים לעזרתך.  כל סכום, קטן כגדול, יתקבל בברכה.  אנא עזרו לנו להצליח במפעל זה ותירמו ביד נדיבה.

A message from the Keren Chesed:
The Keren Chesed was one of the first projects established in the shul, and based on the principle of עניי עירך קודמים, it is an endeavor that we have always been very proud of and committed to. So far, during these Yamim Nora’im, only about 10% of our members have contributed to this very important mitzva. People in our shul, maybe even those sitting next to you, as well as people in our neighborhood, need your help.  Any amount, small or large would be greatly appreciated.  Please help us make this shul endeavor successful and give generously.

Gavriel Bollag has requested that, as in previous years, all shul members who are not helping to lead the services, and who are able to, despite fasting, partake in shmira over Yom Kippur, .
Please contact Gavriel (052-854-4649). As in other years, Gavriel will try to find a suitable time for each person to carry out their shift, but the earlier you contact him, the more choice of shifts you will have.

The Rabbi`s Shabbat Shuva Shiur on the topic of “The magic of the thirteen attributes of mercy” will be held at 4:30pm and not as printed on the trifold.

You should have received an email survey about our upcoming community Shabbat. Please respond promptly, so we can carry out necessary planning.

בשבת בשעה 8:00 חוזר בוקר פעילות מלא לילדי הקהילה, כולל לימוד תורה עם שוקו, תפילה בבית הכנסת, זמן חופשי עם בייביסיטר בגן המשחקים, וקבוצות ילדים.

We once again have a full Shabbat morning kids program, from 8am, with cocoa club learning, Tefilla in shul, park time with babysitters, and groups.

אנא שימו לב שסוף זמן קריאת שמע הינו 9:29 השבת. אנחנו מזכירים למתפללי המניינים ב-9:00 ו-9:15 לקרוא שמע לפני הגעתם לתפילה.

Please note that the latest time for Kriyat Shema is 9:29 on Shabbat morning. Those davening in the 9:00 and 9:15 minyanim should be advised to recite shema before coming to shul.
