עקב בקשות, הארכנו את המועד האחרון להרשמה לחברות ולמקומות לימים הנוראים עד יום שישי. אם טרם מילאתם את הטופס, אנא דאגו לכך היום. בשל מגבלת מקום, לא נוכל להבטיח בקשות ישיבה שיוגשו לאחר יום שישי. טופס ההרשמה כולל את כל המידע על החברות והמקומות, וכן הזדמנויות לתמוך בתחומים השונים של בית הכנסת והקהילה הקרובים ללבכם. תודה לכל מי שכבר נרשם. אנו מצפים לימים נוראים משמעותיים יחד.

Due to limited space, we cannot guarantee seating requests submitted after Friday. The sign-up form includes all membership and seating information, as well as opportunities to support the different areas of our shul and community that are meaningful to you. Thank you to everyone who has already signed up. We’re looking forward to a meaningful Yamim Noraim together.

לקראת ראש השנה, מחשבותינו פונות אל הקרובים אלינו ביותר. קרן חסד מצפה רמות פועלת בשקט וללא לאות לאורך כל השנה, ומסייעת לשכנים נזקקים — בכבוד וברגישות.
קרן חסד מצפה רמות שמחה להודיע כי במסגרת החלוקות השוטפות שלנו, חילקנו תלושי מזון וכרטיסי מתנה בשווי של למעלה מ־70,000 ש״ח לראש השנה ולסוכות למשפחות נזקקות בשכונתנו.

As we approach Rosh Hashanah, our thoughts turn to those closest to home. Keren Chessed Mitzpe Ramot works quietly and tirelessly all year round, helping neighbors in need — with dignity and care.
Keren Chessed Mitzpe Ramot is happy to announce that as part of our ongoing distributions, we have given out over 70,000 shekels worth of food vouchers and gift cards for Rosh Hashana and Sukkot to needy families in our neighborhood.

A heartfelt Yashar Koach and Mazal Tov to Rav Kannai, who recently completed an exceptionally demanding commanders’ training in miluim — described by those who took part as the hardest they have known — and was recognized as מצטיין (outstanding) by his battalion commander. We are proud of our Rav, and grateful for his example of service to Am Yisrael.

This Shabbat, Parshat Nitzavim-Vayelech, the Hashiveinu minyan is hosting a special Welcome Kiddush to kick off the new year and welcome the new families who have joined our community — we’re so glad you’re here! We’ll also be thanking and saying farewell to the Nigri family as they finish their time as our youth directors, for everything they’ve done for the children and families of our community. The kiddush will take place at 10:45 at the Hashiveinu minyan. Everyone is invited to come!

This Motzei Shabbat, 24 Elul (September 5), the Hashiveinu minyan invites the whole community to a special evening of Musical Slichot for the first night of Slichot, with musicians Ohad Van Loan and Noam Shpaier. The evening opens at 23:00 with a hitva’adut/gathering in preparation for Slichot, followed at 00:15 by the musical Slichot themselves. At the Hashiveinu minyan. Everyone is warmly welcome.

Join the Shul Shmira Team — A core group of volunteers rotates as shomrim on Shabbatot in half-hour slots; over the chagim that rotation turns quickly, and the same people serve far more often. We could use your help — for the chagim and for Shabbatot ahead. If you’re physically fit and would like to join the shmira team — armed or not, men or women — please contact Gabe Goldberg, Security Team Admin, at 052-3555111 to be added to the roster. More volunteers lighten the load and let everyone daven meaningfully with their families. Authorities in Israel and abroad are advising shuls to be especially alert at this time. ״שאזכה להתפלל״ — סדרת שיעורים על התפילה עם הרב יצחק נרי׳ה, בבית הכנסת רמתיים צופים. רבים מחברי קהילתנו משתתפים בסדרה בת ארבעה שיעורים על התפילה, לקראת חודש הרחמים והסליחות. השיעור האחרון בסדרה יתקיים ביום רביעי, כ״ז באלול, בשעה 19:45. השיעורים מיועדים לגברים ולנשים, עם ישיבה מעורבת לזוגות וכן ישיבה נפרדת. כולם מוזמנים!
“She’ezkeh Lehitpalel” — a shiur series on tefillah with Rav Yitzchak Neriah, at Beit Knesset Ramatayim Tzofim. Many members of our community have been attending this four-part series on prayer throughout Elul. The final shiur in the series takes place on Wednesday, 27 Elul (September 9), at 19:45. The shiurim are open to men and women, with mixed seating for couples as well as separate seating available. All are welcome.

Slichot and Nigunim in Ramot with Yitzchak Meir — The Garin Torani “Noam Hashem Ramot,” together with Yeshivat Ramot and Kehillat Bnei HaRama, invite the community to an uplifting evening of Slichot and song. Securing Our Synagogues over the Tishrei Chagim — a life-saving briefing (Betuchim BeRamot). Ahead of the chagim, an essential briefing for armed worshippers in the neighborhood: key principles of synagogue security, correct response to a terror incident, and identifying suspicious activity, led by an experienced security-forces professional. This Thursday, 21 Elul (September 3), 20:30, at the Ramot Community Center (Minhal Kehilati), Recanati St. 6, Gefen Hall. Free of charge. Registration is required — register here.
