השבת נקיים קידוש מיוחד לכבוד רות קילנר, המסיימת את תפקידה כמזכירה ומנהלת בית הכנסת. שירותה למען הקהילה לאורך השנים היה יוצא מן הכלל, ואנו מלאי הכרת תודה על שנות המסירות והדאגה שבזכותן המשיך בית הכנסת להתנהל כשורה. תודה רבה, רות, על כל מה שעשית! הקידוש יתקיים בפרגולה, השבת לאחר מניין 9:00.
This Shabbos we’ll be having a special Kiddush in honor of Ruth Kilner who will be ending her job as the shul’s secretary and administrator. Her service for the shul has been tremendous, and we are so grateful for the many years of care and dedication she has provided to keep the kehilla running. Thank you Ruth for all you’ve done!! The kiddush will take place in the pergola, this Shabbat after the 9:00 minyan.

After Musaf and before the kiddush, Rav Kannai will give a 10 minute shiur in honor of Ruth. The topic will be: “The daughters of Zelophchad and the tribe of Menashe – The individual and the community”
