This week, there will once again be no 9:15 or any other minyan in Gan Geffen. Hashiveinu will be davening at 8:30 as usual, and learning at 4:30pm, followed by mincha at 5:15.

יתקיים קידושא רבה מיוחד לקבל את פניהם ולחגוג את ציון הדרך הזה לבית הכנסת שלנו בהשיבנו בשבת פרשת ראה (27 באוגוסט).
לאחר שנה של תכנות ילדים מוצלחת, אנו נרגשים לשמוע מכם, חברינו, כדי לגלות כיצד נוכל להמשיך לתת מענה לצרכים של ילדינו באמצעות יוזמות תכנות ולמידה. הורים המעוניינים מתבקשים למלא את הטופס בהקדם האפשרי.
We would like to thank Hashiveinu for spearheading a partnership with World Mizrachi to bring two youth director couples to our Kehilla. Neriah and Sapir Lapidot (and their daughter Shira) as well as Maor and Leticia Azar have just moved to Ramot and we look forward to the great programming they will be offering our children.
There will be a special Kiddush at Hashiveinu celebrating their arrival and this milestone for our Beit Knesset on Parshat Re’eh (August 27).
After a year of successful and well-attended kids programming, we are excited to hear from you, our members, to find out how we can continue to address the needs of our children through programming and learning initiatives. Interested parents should please fill out the Google form at their earliest convenience.

Rav Kannai will give his Shabbat afternoon shiur before Mincha at 5:50pm on Shabbat on the topic of “Reasoning for Comfort – A study of Haftarat Ekev”.
יהיה לימוד חופשי השבת בשעה 16:30. לאחר מכן יהיה מנחה בשעה 17:15.
There will be open Beit midrash this Shabbat at 4:30 followed by the 5:15 mincha.
