השבוע, הרב קנאי הצטרף לביקור בדרום ואירוע הפתיחה של פרוייקט שמחת תורה עם מזרחי. היה זכות גדולה לקבל את המעיל מאת שירה וחיים גרובר, הוריו של סמ”ר עז ישעיה גרובר הי”ד. נרקוד איתו בדמעות בשמחת תורה השנה.
This week, Rav Kannai joined the Mizrachi mission to the South and the ceremony for the launch of the Simchat Torah project. It was a tremendous zechut to receive our me’il from Shira and Chaim Gruber, parents of Staff Sergeant Oz Yeshaia Gruber HY”D, and we will dance with it, through tears, this Simchat Torah.

The Hashivenu and 9:15 minyanim will return to their normal locations this Shabbat – Hashivenu to the Wizo maon, and 9:15 to Gan Gefen.

בשבת בבוקר, רב קוניגסברג ידריך חבורת לימוד על תורת הארץ בהשיבנו ב-8:00 לפני התפילה, יעביר דרשה ב-9:55 לפני מוסף על עבודת התשובה השנה, יעביר שיעור לנשים אצל משפחת פרידמן באבן שמואל 9 על כניסה לחשיבת אלול, ושיעור לגברים בשעה 17:20 במעון ויצו על אגרת התשובה של הרב קוק.
We welcome the Konigsberg family to Hashivenu.
The community is invited to an oneg Shabbat on Friday night at 9:30pm at the Begouns’ home, 29 Even Shmuel in honour of the yartzeit of Rav Kook.
Rav Konigsberg will be facilitating learning about Torat HaAretz in Hashivenu at 8am before davening, delivering a drasha at around 9:55 before mussaf on “This year’s Avodat Hateshuva”, giving a women’s shiur at 4pm at the Friedmans’, Even Shmuel 9 on the topic “Entering the Elul Mindset” and a mens shiur at 5:20pm in the Wizo maon on “Rav Kook’s Igeret Hateshuva”

Rav Kannai’s Shabbat afternoon shiur will take place before Mincha k’tana. This Shabbat, it will commence at 5:45pm in the pergola on the topic “Is it Permissible to be Scared During Wartime?”.
