After learning that one of the Sifrei Torah in the shul is pasul, and the offer of a generous donation to upgrade the bathrooms, Mitzpe Ramot is embarking on a big fundraiser – “Our Shul: The Home we Build Together”. As well as securing a new sefer and to add to the final cost of the bathrooms, we would like to do more minor upgrades to make the shul a more pleasant place for us all to be.
A telephone outreach program will shortly be starting to gain community enthusiasm and support for the new shul activities and fundraising. A Paybox link will be shared shortly, or donations can be made in any of the usual ways.

For over 25 years, Moshe Rosenfeld has been travelling around the world in an effort to hunt down and redeem ancient Jewish manuscripts and seforim. Referred to as the “Indiana Jones” of ancient Jewish books and manuscripts, Moshe’s searches and adventures have taken him to the
4 corners of the globe. Moshe will share his amazing discoveries and adventures with us. The lecture will be in Hebrew.
